WELCOME CODE POLICY

The welcome code is valid for 25% off your purchase online at leanfit.ca. To receive the code, you must subscribe to our newsletter. This discount is available exclusively to new customers and limited to one use per customer.

The welcome code cannot be combined with other coupon codes, promotions, special offers, sale items, bundles, bulk items or gift cards. It is also not valid for the following products:

• LEANFIT ORGANIC PLANT-BASED PROTEIN™ 1.5kg
• LEANFIT WHEY PROTEIN™

This discount is for personal use only and cannot be applied to wholesale orders or purchases intended for resale. LEANFIT® reserves the right to cancel any order if misuse of the welcome code or violation of these terms is suspected. We also reserve the right to modify or revoke this offer at any time without prior notice.

SHIPPING POLICY

CANADIAN SHIPPING POLICY 

LEANFIT® currently ships to Canada and the U.S. (please visit leanfit.com if you are shipping to the U.S.). Shipping to other international destinations is currently unavailable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

LEANFIT® offers free standard shipping (3-6 business days depending on where you are located) on all merchandise orders subtotaling $50 or more (excluding taxes). For orders subtotaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge that will automatically be calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your cart. Your shipping address must be in Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please refer to your order and post-purchase email notifications for the most up-to-date information.

During checkout, you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping, and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your method of payment will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during checkout.

DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped during business days from Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery. Our primary shipping carrier is UPS. In some cases, your order will be shipped through an alternative shipping carrier. Please provide a street address as our shipping carriers will not be able to deliver to PO boxes.

Delays may occur in the case of extreme weather, public holiday periods due to overwhelming demand on postal services, or if shipping to remote areas.

ORDER TRACKING & STATUS

Once you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number, products ordered and prices, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method. If you have any additional questions about your order, please email us at [email protected] and include your order number so we can help.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will include shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track your order, please click on the tracking number in your email.

PARCEL FORWARDING SERVICES

If you decide to use a parcel forwarding company, LEANFIT® will not be responsible for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing, stolen, or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk.
