CANADIAN RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Changed your mind? No problem! If the products you purchased from leanfit.ca are unused and unopened, you may return them to us by mail within 30 days of delivery and we will issue you a refund. The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving your products at our warehouse. Returns must be prepaid; please note that original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Important Update:
Customers must contact us before returning any items. This ensures we can process your return efficiently and avoid any delays. Returns sent without prior communication may not be processed.
 
LEANFIT® does not offer exchanges. If you would like to purchase alternative products, you will need to place a new order.

Items purchased from other retailers, or resellers and not directly from leanfit.ca are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Here is how you can return your items by mail:

 
1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
   Send us an email at [email protected] with your order details (order number, name, e-mail and address), and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with an RMA number and detailed return instructions.
 
2. Prepare Your Return Package:

  1. Pack your unopened and unused items securely in a box to prevent damage during transit.
  2. Include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice inside the box.
  3. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Packages without an RMA number may not be accepted or processed.

3. Ship Your Return:
 Returns must be prepaid, meaning the return shipping will be at your cost.

LEANFIT® monitors order and return activity by customers and if we feel like we are being taken advantage of and detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent order and/or return activity from you, we will no longer accept your orders and reserve the right not to give you a refund.
