Return, refund & exchange policy

Changed your mind? No problem! If the products you purchased from leanfit.ca are unused and unopened, you may return them to us by mail within 30 days of delivery and we will issue you a refund. The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving your products at our warehouse. Returns must be prepaid at your expense; please note that original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.

LEANFIT® does not offer exchanges. If you would like to purchase alternative products, you will need to place a new order.

Items purchased from other retailers, or resellers and not directly from leanfit.ca are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.



How do I return an unopened item? 

Here is how you can return your items by mail:

1.      Pack your unopened and unused items with a copy of your original packing slip/invoice.

2.    Returns must be prepaid, meaning the return shipping will be at your cost. Please return to:

3. Send us an email to [email protected] to let us know your return is on its way and we will keep an eye out for it.

LEANFIT® monitors order and return activity by customers and if we feel like we are being taken advantage of and detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent order and/or return activity from you, we will no longer accept your orders and reserve the right not to give you a refund.



Can I return/exchange items if I don't like the taste?

As flavour profiles vary for every individual, we are not able to offer exchanges for a different flavour. Please feel free to check out our recipe page for delicious ways to enjoy your LEANFIT products! We are unable to accept returns on open products.

Please pass it on to friends or family who may appreciate it. Share the love! 



Do you offer refunds?

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 10 days to your original method of payment. payment



Can I return a sale item?

Regular sale items can be returned at the expense of the customer. Final sale items will be noted as such on the product page, and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. 



Shipping Errors?

Sometimes accidents happen (no one is perfect) and we cherish the learning. If our products arrive damaged, incorrect, or we forgot something, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] so we can help make it right.
