Return, refund & exchange policy
Changed your mind? No problem. If the products you purchased from leanfit.ca ar eunused and unopened, you may return them to us by mail within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns must be prepaid at your expense; Please note original shipping fees are non refundable.
Important Update: Customers must contact LEANFIT before returning any items. This ensures we can process your return efficiently and avoud any delays. Returns send without prior communication may not be processed. LEANFIT does not offer exchanges. If you would like to purchase alternative products, you will need to place a new order.
Items purchases from other retailers, or resellers and not directly from leanfit.ca are NOT eligable for a return, refund, or exchange through our website.
How do I return an unopened item?
Here is how you can return your items by mail:
1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code;
Send us an email at [email protected] with your order details (order number, name, e-mail and address), and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with an RMA number and detailed return instructions.
2. Prepare Your Return Package:
1. Pack your unopened and unused items securly in a box to prevent damage during transit.
2. Include a copy of your original invoice in the box inside.
3. Clearly write your RMA issued number on the outside of the box. Packages without a RMA number may not be accepted.
3. Ship Your Return:
Returns must be prepaid meaning the return shipping will be at your cost.

LEANFIT® monitors order and return activity by customers and if we feel like we are being taken advantage of and detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent order and/or return activity from you, we will no longer accept your orders and reserve the right not to give you a refund.
Can I return/exchange items if I don't like the taste?
As flavour profiles vary for every individual, we arneot able to offer exchanges for a different flavour or product. Please feel free to check out our recipe page for delivious ways to enjoy your LEANFIT products. Please pass it on to friends or family who may appreciate it.. Share the LEANFIT® love!
Do you offer refunds?
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 10 days to your original method of payment.
Can I return a sale item?
Regular sale items can be returned at the expense of the customer. Final sale items will be noted as such on the product page, and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
