In case you receive a delivery notification but cannot locate your package, and the delivery image provided does not match your address, you should contact the shipping carrier (UPS) directly to open a claim for a lost or stolen package. They will investigate the delivery and provide a resolution. You can submit a claim via the UPS website, on the tracking page of your order.
